As shown in the on-site photos, this shipment comprises heavy-duty hydraulic forming presses (featuring robust yellow and dark-grey structures) alongside high-precision automatic feeding and conveying systems built with sturdy aluminum profiles.

To guarantee the utmost safety of this large-scale automated equipment during long-distance international sea freight, the JinAoLong packaging team applied strict export-grade protection. Every machine was meticulously wrapped in multiple layers of heavy-duty, moisture-proof stretch film, effectively shielding the equipment from sea salt, humidity, and dust during the voyage.

Given the substantial size and multiple components of a fully automatic line, our professional loading team utilized heavy forklifts to carefully maneuver the hydraulic presses and the automation frames into the shipping container (FCL shipment). The container space was strategically optimized to ensure maximum stability, preventing any shifting or impact during transit.
