Compared with the fully automatic model, this machine requires manual sheet feeding and manual unloading. It is a practical choice for customers who want stable forming quality with a lower initial investment.
The forming process and mould system are the same as the fully automatic machine, so the finished ceiling tile quality can be the same when the machine is properly adjusted and operated.
Custom moulds are available for Clip-in, Lay-in, Lay-on, and other ceiling tile profiles.
