Metal Ceiling Perforation Production Line
       Our metal ceiling perforation production line is designed for continuous perforating of metal sheets used in suspended ceiling production.
       It is suitable for aluminum sheets, galvanized steel (GI), and GL steel sheets. The commonly used material thickness range is approximately 0.40–0.60 mm, depending on the material, perforation pattern, and production requirements.
       The line can be configured with decoiling, leveling, feeding, perforating, cutting, conveying, and recoiling systems.
       After perforation, the material can be cut into sheets for 300×300 mm, 600×600 mm, 600×1200 mm metal ceiling production, or rewound into coils according to the customer’s production requirements.
       Different hole diameters and perforation patterns can be customized, including Φ1.5, Φ1.8, Φ2.0, Φ2.3, Φ2.5, Φ3.0 mm and other sizes.
